All Sales are final. Refunds are given only if the production team is notified before your job has been sent to production. If you can reach us before we incur the cost of printing, we will be happy to refund you in full, but please note that the turnaround times in the Blueprinting industry are the quickest of all the printing industries. There can be from 10 minutes – 1 hour from your job order to its completion in some cases. If you realize you sent a job in error please call us immediately thereafter to cancel your order by talking to a live representative. If we are not open please leave a message in detail of your order and email firstname.lastname@example.org directly with your order info to cancel. Also please feel free to reach us the second we open the following day to confirm.
To be eligible for a refund, You must have made us aware that you did not need the job which was ordered before printing commences. With our short turnaround times we do our best to take each order into print production ASAP. If you order the wrong item in Error or attach the wrong file, please reach out to us ASAP to stop the printing of your job before it is sent to production. We will not be held responsible for print costs associated with printing jobs in which the wrong file was attatched. Please double check that your files are correct, as well as spelling and punctuation.
We do not proof-read blueprinting files before sending to production and therefore will not resume responsibility for items printed with grammatical errors. If we are ever to produce a file for a customer. A proof must always be approved before printing. With the exception of Blueprints, please note that the time of proof approval will directly affect the rate of turnaround times.
BLUEPRINTING : Please note to process your blueprint order we will need PDF’s only. We do not accept jpegs, blue-beam, or tiff files when filling Blueprint orders. We ask for all Blueprint orders using the e-commerce platform be to scale at full size (original page size the document was created).
PLEASE NOTE: the Term FULL SIZE always refers to the page size in which the file was created. To determine the size of your pdf drag your curser to the bottom left of the page while open in adobe acrobat and the program should read what the documents original page size is.
For tiffs jpegs or other images that need to be printed to scale. Please send the job order directly to Plotcad@nullaol.com with your contact and company information as well as the page size and scale that you are requesting.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Zip Drives purchased to house drawing files or scans
- Charges associated with delivery, FED EX, UPS, USPS.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- We printed half the job before we received notice of cancellation
Once your return is requested, It will take 3-5 days to process. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to cancel your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
